Old Songs

So they're two different types of old songs. The songs that are over played and you can get sick of just by hearing the first verse and there are the ones that are something maybe from your childhood or that just brings back memories and no matter if good or bad memories you cannot help but love the song. This is one of my fave things about music, that if you hear a song that you havn't heard since you were young it can change your feelings in an instant and without even thinking or noticing it you are singing along to every word. I love how people can hardly remember things they learn in class but hearing a song only twice you can suddenly remember the words and half the time you won't even remember what it is called (and then that leaves you on youtube typing in the lyrics into the search bar instead of the title). It really annoys me when people say music is a stupid subject and theres no use in learning it. Music is all around you everywhere you go there is one type of music source or instrument, where as ,lets say maths. Yes it's in many places but i don't walk round streets hearing Pi and Algebra come out of radios or peoples mouthes. Any way i have many songs that are old to me and i havn't heard in ages, listen to them and see if you know it and if it brings back old memories.....
